\u201cBATIS CAMPING\u201d INTERNAL OPERATING REGULATIONS<\/h3>

Batis Camping is a complex tourist business providing holiday and entertainment services which operates with the primary and exclusive goal of satisfying its customers.<\/p>

In this context, for more efficient operation, we have implemented the following regulation which becomes generally mandatory and acceptable upon entering the camping area.<\/p>

Booking conditions<\/h3>
  1. Fill in the fields of the form.<\/li>
  2. The booking form is a request for a reservation and there is no commitment on your part or on the part of the Camping.<\/li>
  3. After confirmation of the availability of places by the Camping, you will be given a bank account for the payment of the deposit.<\/li>
  4. Your reservation is valid only after the deposit of a deposit of 30% of the total amount or another amount that will be agreed with the reservations department and you are responsible for all bank charges. The amount of the deposit cannot be less than the price of one night.<\/li>
  5. The deposit must be proven by sending an e-mail of the bank deposit.<\/li>
  6. The total amount can be paid no later than the day of arrival. In case of non-payment, the reservation is automatically canceled.<\/li>
  7. Reservations of places or accommodations can be made for a period of 5 to 20 consecutive nights.<\/li>
  8. Campers who have not made a reservation are served upon their arrival by the reception department, depending on daily availability<\/li>
  9. Reservations are not made for specific or neighboring places.<\/li>
  10. The place will be available after 15:00. In case of your arrival earlier, the car will remain in the outdoor parking lot of the campsite.<\/li>
  11. The delivery and payment of your bill must be made no later than 12:00 for the pitch. Otherwise, you will be charged an additional night. During the months of July and August, after the delivery of the pitch and the payment of the bill, you can remain in the campsite areas no later than 16:00, otherwise, you will be charged the cost of the <Overnight> service and the car will remain in the outdoor parking lot of the campsite.<\/li>
  12. Pets are accepted under specific conditions. In any case that they create problems (annoying barking, dirt, entering the sea, or moving freely) will be a reason for canceling the reservation.<\/li>
  13. Be informed about the general operating regulations of the Camping. The company reserves the right to interrupt your stay in case of violation of the terms of the regulation.<\/li>
  14. The electricity supply in the camping pitches is 2200 watts. Make sure you are equipped with a cable and an extension cord of at least 15m.<\/li>
  15. Extending your stay is not always possible. The Camping cannot guarantee that customers will remain in the same pitch, despite all the efforts made.<\/li>
  16. Guests aged 17 to 18 must have a responsible declaration from a guardian with them, while guests under 17 are only accommodated with the simultaneous presence of a guardian throughout their stay.<\/li><\/ol>

    Cancellation policy<\/h3>
    1. In case of cancellation of your reservation, the deposit will be refunded only when the cancellation is made 30 days before the scheduled date of arrival and you will be charged all possible bank charges.<\/li>
    2. In case of cancellation of the reservation or reduction of the days during your stay, you will be charged 50% of the remaining amount for the period you declared and provided that you inform the Reception Department at least 48 hours in advance. Otherwise, you will be charged the full amount of the agreed stay.<\/li>
    3. Reduction of the number of nights is done without charge up to 30 days before arrival. Otherwise, you will be charged for the days that are canceled.<\/li>
    4. In case of no-show, and without written notification, the accommodation is considered free for use, at 00:00.<\/li><\/ol>

      Arrival \u2013 departure<\/h3>

      Upon arrival, all guests are required to complete a registration form with their details and those of their companions, as well as to show their identity card or passport to confirm their details. They sign to accept the terms of the Batis Camping unit regulations and to consent to the use of personal data (GDPR) by the company. They then receive the necessary documents (entry card, camping vehicle sticker) which must be presented when requested by the employees or the management of the Camping.<\/p>

      The camping or accommodation location is allocated exclusively by Reception and no change is possible except after consultation. The company reserves the right to change the location of the camping vehicle if there is a special reason.<\/p>

      In case of customers who have not registered at the Reception, the Camping Management has the right to expel the campers who host them and impose fines amounting to \u20ac200.<\/p>

      The space will be available after 14:00. In case of visitors arriving earlier, the car remains in the outdoor parking lot of the Camping.<\/p>

      The delivery of the space and the closing of the account must be done no later than 12:00. Otherwise, the entire next day will be charged.<\/p>

      During the months of July and August, after the delivery of the space and the payment of the account, you can remain in the camping grounds no later than 16:00, otherwise, you will be charged the cost of the \u201cOvernight\u201d service and the car will remain in the outdoor parking lot of the camping.<\/p>

      Upon departure, guests must leave the area clean and not forget that the same area will be used by subsequent guests.<\/p>

      Possibility of staying overnight, i.e. staying after the specified departure time, can be carried out after approval by the Reception, depending on availability and with an additional charge based on the price list with the necessary condition of transporting the car to the external Parking of the Camping.<\/p>

      Visitors between 17 and 18 years old must have with them a responsible declaration from a guardian, while visitors under 17 years old are accommodated only with the simultaneous presence of a guardian throughout their stay.<\/p>

      Vehicles – Boats<\/h3>

      Vehicles are allowed to enter the Camping from 8:00 to 23:00, while the entry of vehicles of daily visitors is prohibited.<\/p>

      The speed of vehicles within the Camping is prohibited to exceed 5 km\/h and their movement, which should be limited to departure and arrival, is completely prohibited during the night (23:00-8:00).<\/p>

      Parking of cars is permitted within the limits of the indicated location and in the designated parking spaces. Washing of cars, boats and trailers is prohibited.<\/p>

      Trailer owners are informed by Reception about the space where they can park them.<\/p>

      Charging of electric and hybrid vehicles in the camping facilities is strictly prohibited.<\/p>

      Pets<\/h3>

      Pets are only allowed to guests who have their own camping equipment, provided that they have a health booklet showing that they are completely healthy and have had the vaccinations required by law. Their owners are obliged to take all measures to protect the health and safety of campers and visitors to the Camping, Law 4039, article 5 (Government Gazette 15\/2-2-2012). For example, animals must be tied to their leash, accompanied by their owner, not allowed to enter the sea, only move in permitted areas (strict restrictions apply), and their owners must pick up their waste. The Management will be forced to remove owners of pets who cause a nuisance with their barking or do not comply with the above conditions.<\/p>

      Constructions-interventions in the area<\/h3>

      Any construction, addition, intervention or violation of the boundaries of the camping area, as well as the accommodations that alters the image of the Camping, such as, for example, construction of a roof, fence, warehouse, barbecue, awnings, etc., regardless of construction materials, is completely prohibited. It is also prohibited to remove the wheels from the caravans and to support the tents with other than the provided support means. In the event that any of the above-mentioned alterations-interventions is detected and the camper does not comply with the instructions of the Camping employees, the Management has the right to request the campers to leave.<\/p>

      Beach<\/h3>

      The company employs a beach lifeguard between the hours of 10:00-18:00 to protect bathers and observe beach measures such as behavior, cleanliness, noise pollution, etc. The lifeguard is on standby to provide assistance and visitors can consult him for any information regarding the beach or the sea, as well as to request his assistance in case of emergency.<\/p>

      The use of umbrellas and beach equipment is expressly prohibited. Camping staff has the right to remove from the beach any object that violates the regulations.<\/p>

      Racquets are prohibited throughout the beach and in all areas of the Camping.<\/p>

      Fire<\/h3>

      Lighting a fire and using a barbecue are governed by the provisions of the fire department and are strictly prohibited both in the Camping area and on the beach. (Firefighting Ordinance No. 9. Regulation regulating measures for the prevention and treatment of fires in forest and agricultural areas)<\/p>

      Campers must strictly follow the instructions given to them in the event of a fire.<\/p>

      The owners of caravans and tents must disconnect them from the electrical network during their absence, otherwise they are responsible in the event of a fire caused by this reason.<\/p>

      It is strictly forbidden to throw cigarette butts on the ground. The slightest negligence can cause enormous damage, do not forget that you are next to the forest.<\/p>

      The use of charcoal grills is prohibited. The use of gas grills is permitted.<\/p>

      Quiet hours<\/h3>

      Sound systems are strictly prohibited throughout your stay.<\/p>

      During the quiet hours, 15:00-17:30 & 23:00-07:00 (No. 1023\/2\/37-\u03ba. POLICE ORDER OF THE MINISTRY OF POLICE NO. 3 \u2013 GOVERNMENT GAZETTE B 15 \u2013 12.01.1996), it is prohibited to cause any kind of noise, such as, for example, loud speeches, music, celebrations, as well as the movement of any vehicle. During the remaining hours, music and noises must be heard at a low volume and not disturb those around them.<\/p>

      It is recommended that the placement or removal of camping equipment be avoided during quiet hours, when this is not possible, it must be done with respect for the quiet hours.<\/p>

      Use of electricity – Safety<\/h3>

      The company uses anti-electric shock relays in all sockets available per site. The power supply power in most camping sites is 10 Ampere\/2200 Watt. Extension cables for the transmission of electricity must be durable black rubber and not any extension cords. The responsibility for the correct use of electricity belongs exclusively to the campers. Interference with the fuses of the electrical panels, the use of electric ovens and in general electrical appliances with resistance are strictly prohibited.<\/p>

      Shared facilities – Cleanliness<\/h3>
      • Keep all areas clean. Do not throw garbage anywhere except in the trash cans. Do not throw paper or other objects into the toilets.<\/li>
      • Connection to water supply and sewage networks is not allowed except at the locations of similar specifications provided by the Camping.<\/li>
      • The shared taps of the Camping serve for washing dishes, clothes and personal hygiene according to the indicative signs.<\/li>
      • There are designated points for cleaning chemical toilets. Emptying them in a different place is expressly prohibited.<\/li>
      • The company has an obligation to maintain the fields, the playground and the public facilities and not to supervise them.<\/li>
      • The use of the playground and participation in the children’s activities organized by the Camping’s animation team for children under 14 years of age can only be done under the supervision and responsibility of their guardians.<\/li>
      • Throwing any kind of garbage on the beach is strictly prohibited.<\/li>
      • The gardeners’ team is also responsible for watering the plants and lawns regularly. Make sure not to leave your belongings in places that may get wet during watering. Nothing is allowed to be left on the lawns of the gardens.<\/li>
      • Drone flights are expressly prohibited. Their flight is defined by relevant legislation and is under no circumstances allowed over people.<\/li><\/ul>

        Security<\/h3>

        The company employs a Security team, responsible for compliance with the regulations. Failure to comply with the instructions of the Security team employees means non-acceptance of the Camping’s regulations and the forced departure of visitors.<\/p>

        The company uses cameras to guard its stores and other facilities.<\/p>

        Campers must keep all their belongings safe, regardless of value, as the company bears no responsibility for any total or partial loss, damage or destruction thereof and does not provide a storage service for personal belongings.<\/p>

        The Company bears no responsibility for disasters due to weather and other natural phenomena.<\/p>

        Campers must strictly follow the instructions given by the Management and Reception of the Camping, obey the indications of the posted signs and comply with the provisions of these regulations. Each term is essential and may only be amended in writing, while any violation constitutes grounds for termination of the relationship between the parties and grants the company the right to immediately expel violators from its facilities.<\/p>

        It is expressly agreed that the entry and stay of each camper and visitor constitutes unconditional acceptance of the terms of the regulation.<\/p>

        Water Usage Regulation<\/h3>

        Guests are only allowed to use water from the provided communal facilities.
